- Built Luna, a multi-layered AI-powered sleep coach that delivers structured, evidence-based guidance through real-time conversations and memory-informed, multi-step interventions. Novel prompt and eval process enables safe reasoning over health, sleep, and behavior data to route users to personalized experience
- Achieved 30–37% adoption and 80% month-1 + 50–60% month-6 retention across 26 countries, driving 30% faster sleep onset, 30% fewer awakenings, and 20% better daytime functioning among hundreds of thousands of users
- Built several internal AI systems that accelerate engineering and operations, delivering productivity equivalent to ~5+ additional headcount while maintaining lean team structure
- Co-managed the Chorus business, including product, design, operations, and content
- Led engineering to hire for, design, and scale end-to-end cloud-native platform with native mobile (Swift, Flutter), web, and other channels
